Your Paris chauffeur partner

For professionals arranging transport for their clients.

Clear roles, shared coordination

How we work with your team

Your client relationships come first

You remain your clients’ commercial point of contact. We keep our exchanges confidential and do not approach your clients directly for business.

A welcome under your brand

We agree the white-label welcome arrangements with you. Airport meet-and-greet signage, water, charging facilities and tissues on board form part of the service.

  1. You share the programme. Your team provides your clients’ requirements and instructions.
  2. We confirm our proposal. We then review the options and explain the proposed arrangements.
  3. We prepare the pickups. Once we agree the programme, we gather the necessary details in line with our agreed process.
  4. We coordinate the service. During the service, our coordinator stays in contact with your representative. Together, they review any possible adjustments before we confirm them.

A WhatsApp group can also bring together our coordinator and your designated representative to keep instructions and operational updates in one place.

Starting the conversation

How to start working together

Let’s discuss a one-off requirement or an ongoing partnership. You do not need a route, date or passenger count for this first conversation.

  1. Tell us about your business

Travel agencies and tour operators, concierge services, destination management companies (DMCs), hotels, event planners and agencies, and short-term rental property managers: tell us what you need. We can talk by phone or meet in person.

  2. Agree how we will work

We then agree the points of contact, operational arrangements and commercial terms that suit your organisation.

  3. Plan the first service

When you have a specific requirement, send us the booking details so we can prepare a proposal and organise the service.

Do you manage short-term rentals in Paris? We arrange transfers for your guests between airports, train stations and their accommodation. You maintain the relationship with your clients, while our team coordinates the transport with your designated representative.

To suit your clients’ needs

Our event transport coordination can cover one or several vehicles, according to the agreed plan.

Paris and Île-de-France. We also consider requests elsewhere in France, subject to a quote.

Practical questions

What to know before booking

For full details on bookings, waiting time, cancellations and invoicing, please read our professional service terms (in French).

How can I get your partner rate card?

We send our partner rate card on request. We then prepare a quote based on the services and arrangements for each programme.

What details do you need to make a booking?

Send us the dates, times, pickup points and drop-off locations. Please also include passenger and luggage details, relevant flight or train references, the programme and any instructions.

After checking availability, we confirm your booking in writing and set out the agreed arrangements.

What about urgent requests or Fashion Week?

For a last-minute request, contact us: we check availability before confirming the service. During Fashion Week and other busy periods, quotes depend on your dates and programme. Please plan ahead wherever possible.

How do changes, waiting time and cancellations work?

Contact our operations representative to discuss the change and any charges that may apply. Waiting time and cancellation terms depend on the service and our agreed arrangements, as set out in the service terms.

What are your payment and invoicing terms?

One-off services require payment before the service takes place. For account or contract clients, payment is due within 30 days under the agreed terms.

We also discuss your invoicing and consolidated billing requirements in advance, within the arrangements we agree together.

How should I tell you about a passenger’s specific needs?

Share the relevant details before booking. We can then review the request in advance and confirm what is possible for the vehicle and service.

What arrangements apply to large events or high booking volumes?

Before booking, we agree the operational and commercial arrangements for your event or expected volume. These include the terms for changes, cancellations and payment.
